Everything you need to know about delivery, returns and your order. Can't find an answer? Contact us and a real person will reply within one working day.

Delivery

• Standard: £3.99, 3 to 5 working days. Free on orders of £20 or more.
• Express: £6.99, 1 to 2 working days.

We deliver within the UK only. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unopened jar. Email info@seretic.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Once it's back with us, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days, including the standard delivery charge.

For hygiene reasons, an opened jar of patches can only be returned if it's faulty. Full details are in our refund policy.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, no fuss.

Your order

You'll get an email as soon as your order is placed, and another with tracking once it's dispatched. Need to change your address or cancel? Email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best before it ships. You can also check your orders any time in your account.

Paying

Pay securely at checkout. You'll see every way to pay that works on your device, including express options like Apple Pay or Shop Pay where available. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.

Launch list

Our under-eye patches launch in January. Leave your email on the home page or the product page and you'll be the first to know when you can order.
